With over a decade in the IT industry, I have been able to use my problem solving abilities, ingenuity, and my knowledge of best-practices and real world application to further my clients and the projects I work on. Many consider my interpersonal skills to be more developed than most of the people in the IT industry, and I thrive on tackling new challenges and engineering the best solutions. I am well versed in automation tooling, cloud and on-prem networking, systems architecture, SecOps, as well as troubleshooting at the hardware, software, and application levels of most systems put in front of me. I always aim to develop appropriate solutions for the appropriate time frame and budget. I am always seeking new opportunities to develop cohesive technology ecosystems which can provide the ideal environment for both backend developers and the front end user experience.
Building and implementing better automation tooling for deploying the necessary configurations to different types of devices; work with the Field Services team to ensure that on-site issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Work on bettering the customer experience with technology.
Worked collaberatively with developers, project managers, and upper management to guarantee end products and results that both we and our customers love. Primarily worked on the Structsure Project building out the system architecture and automated deployment and updating functionality of the application being built.
Worked with both internal and external teams to guarantee success at the events we built and operated. Helped coordinate 50+ shows during my tenure. Built the “Tech Wiki” for configuration and knowledge management.
Played a key role in maintaining day-to-day functionality of all networked services (Asset management platform, Cisco phones, print services, networked storage, facility access control, security system management, day-to-day hardware/software problems, client and project management, etc.) both locally and nationwide.
Performed day-to-day helpdesk support for the US; performed Active Directory schema changes.
